Private Jhana Intensive at Your Location (International)

Meditation teacher handing lotus to student internationally.

I visit you for a 3-day private training session to help you attain Perfect Concentration and teach you the process to reach deep absorption.

If your calendar is the constraint, this could be an option for you.

This is not a relaxing meditation retreat.

This is skill training.

You get 3 days of focused instruction and supervised practice designed to install a repeatable ability

  • to hold stable attention without strain
  • to downshift your nervous system on command
  • to enter deep absorption states with clear markers
  • to stop wasting hours in mental noise and stress loops

No belief system. No religion. No guru nonsense.

Just one to one training that has a real and immediate impact.

What this is

Perfect Concentration on the feeling of the breath is not magic. To reach it, a very specific process must be engaged. You’ll learn the intricacies of the practice and you will progress with persistence.

Jhana is not mindfulness.

Jhana is a specific set of deep concentration states. When taught correctly, it becomes an operating skill you can build, stabilize, and call on – repeating during sessions. Most people never get there because they are trying to learn it alone from vague instructions.

This intensive fixes that.

You get live correction, repeated reps, and a clean protocol tailored to your brain and your obstacles.

Why this is structured as 3 days

Most people need enough time for

  • diagnosis of their attention style and failure modes
  • correction loops under supervision
  • multiple successful sessions so the nervous system learns the groove
  • stabilization so it doesn’t collapse the moment you try it alone
  • a realistic plan that fits a high-responsibility life

One or two days isn’t enough, and would likely be too intensive to grasp the big picture.

Three days is the minimum where this becomes real skill acquisition, not motivational tourism.

Who this is for

This is for people who

  • carry heavy cognitive load and decision pressure
  • want a precise skill, not inspiration
  • can commit to a serious training block that is not time intensive, but quality intensive
  • value privacy and discretion
  • are willing to follow a structured protocol after the training

Who this is not for

This is not for people who

  • want a gentle relaxation retreat
  • want a spiritual identity, a new philosophy, or a social scene
  • refuse daily practice or resist structure
  • are currently in acute mental health crisis or active addiction
  • want guarantees or miracles

This is very specific training. You earn the results.

Outcomes you can realistically expect

Results vary, but this is what tends to change

Attention and cognition

  • longer unbroken attention without effort
  • quicker recovery from distraction
  • better working focus under pressure
  • cleaner decision-making when the stakes are high

Stress and regulation

  • rapid downshift from stress spikes
  • less compulsive mental chatter
  • improved sleep onset through downshifting skill
  • more emotional stability from reduced reactivity

Meditation ability

  • reliable entry markers
  • deeper absorption stability
  • a repeatable step-by-step protocol you can execute alone
  • a troubleshooting map that prevents months of confusion (always clear)

I do not sell enlightenment.

I sell trainable capability.

What makes this different

Most meditation instruction is

  • generic
  • filled with superstition, guru authoritarianism, dogma
  • unsupervised
  • full of vague advice
  • designed for groups

This is the opposite.

You get

  • a technical approach to concentration and absorption
  • real-time correction
  • repetition and stabilization
  • a protocol built for your exact patterns
  • privacy, discretion, and zero performance theater

Deep focus leading to absorption (Jhana) training is a niche skill.

Few instructors teach it directly, in a modern, practical, non-religious way, with 1 to 1 supervision.

The training format

Daily time commitment

4 to 6 hours per day of direct work, split into multiple sessions with breaks. Can generally work within your schedule.

Example day structure

Session 1

  • assessment, obstacle diagnosis
  • instruction
  • basics, wind down, posture, breath mechanics, effort tuning
  • entry markers and setup

Session 2

  • supervised practice
  • correction loops in real time
  • first stable entries or stability building

Break

  • integration, light movement, food
  • no heavy stimulation

Session 3

  • deeper entry work
  • stabilization and duration
  • handling intensity without collapse

Session 4

  • troubleshooting
  • protocol update
  • plan for the next 24 hours
  • integration rules for your life and schedule

This is not a one-and-done conversation.

It is reps, feedback, adjustment, reps again.

This schedule will evolve based on our interactions and what you need.

Deliverables you leave with

You will not be left guessing after I leave.

You get

  • basic willingness to follow the training

During training days you agree to

  • no alcohol/drugs that interfere with consciousness
  • reasonable sleep

  • reduced high-stimulation content in the evenings

I’ll give you a short prep checklist after approval. Intermittent fasting can be ideal for this retreat, we can work out a schedule if you’re agreeable.

Travel and logistics

I travel internationally to your location.

  • I typically fly through Bangkok airports for international routing
  • economy travel is fine, business class is preferred for long-haul when it protects performance
  • lodging should be quiet and close enough to avoid daily logistics chaos
  • all travel expenses are paid by the client

You can host this at your home, a private residence, a quiet hotel suite, or a quiet beach.
Luxury is unnecessary.

Important disclaimer

This is meditation training and performance-oriented skill instruction.

It is not psychotherapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for professional care.

If you have a history of mania, psychosis, or unstable psychiatric conditions, this is likely not appropriate.

If you are unsure, say so in the application and we will evaluate it honestly.

Application and fit screening

I can not accept every request.

This is not about status.

It’s about fit, readiness, and whether expectations the training schedule is feasible.

Apply and include

  • your name, city/country, and preferred dates
  • your meditation background, if any
  • what you want this to change in your life and anything specific you are trying to resolve
  • any privacy requirements
  • what your work reality will look like during the retreat
  • any relevant medical or psychological considerations

If it’s a fit, I will propose a plan and a quote.

If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you plainly

Common Questions

Can we do this as a couple or small group

Yes, if you already know you can all attend the same dates and you agree to a serious training container. Pricing changes based on complexity. Hours will need to be added for individual instruction and interviews.

What if I have zero meditation background

That’s fine. In some ways it’s easier. We build on a clean slate.

Will I definitely hit deep absorption states in 3 days

No honest teacher can promise that. What I can do is dramatically increase the probability by removing your specific failure points, installing correct effort, and getting you repeated supervised reps. Most serious students leave with real traction and a repeatable protocol that bears real fruit.

Do you do ongoing online or in-person coaching after this

Yes, by request. Many people prefer a 30-day integration phase so the skill locks in under real life conditions. A four call follow up is included in the program.

What if my schedule explodes mid-intensive

Then we adapt. The training works best when you take it seriously.
