I’ve noticed that most people are unsure about whether Jhana training is what they want. If you’re in this camp, a free 15 minute call may be what you need to set things straight.
You should already be somewhat familiar with what Jhana is and how it might help you on your meditation path.
For this free consultation, our time is restricted, so let’s follow this:
- Introduce yourself. Let me know where you are from, your age, relationship status. What do you do on a daily basis? Do you work? Are you an athlete? Are you in school? Just the general rundown.
- Your path. Tell me if you’re Buddhist or other. What have you done with meditation and mindfulness up to this point?
- What would you like to do in the future with meditation and/or Jhana?
- At some point I’ll let you know some information about Jhana and what it is and how it might affect you. Jhana isn’t for everyone. I only teach deep Jhana, so again, that isn’t for everyone.
I can ask you the questions and you can answer if you prefer. Not every one is comfortable just rattling off everything above.
Our goal is that within 15 minutes you should have a good idea whether you would like to do the Jhana video training and coaching, or not.

How To Arrange a 15-minute Call with Vern about Jhana:
This is very unstructured. I rarely know what my schedule will be for the following day, and even for the end of the day. I do tours in the evening and one could pop up anytime.
Here’s what to do:
- Send me a WhatsApp message: +66 635495050. This account is for my wife’s Krabi Nature travel business, so that’s what the account will say. Just let me know you’d like to have a Jhana intro call in 10 minutes or so and ask if I am available.
- I’ll take requests as I can. There’s no guarantee, but of course I’ll do it when I can!
- PLEASE keep in mind, I’m in the Bangkok, Thailand time zone. Hours I might be available are between 8:30 am and 9 pm. Please type into google “What time is it in Bangkok now?” before you send a message. lol. Thanks!
