Since 2007 I’ve been able to drop instantly — in about one second — from full egoic engagement into total non-dual stillness, with no meditation, practice, or effort. In this non-dual state, there is no “me,” no thought, no emotion, no desire, no naming — just pure perception and silence. From there, I can return to the personality-state at will, taking on the role of “me” again, complete with thoughts, stories, and interactions.
I can switch between these states as often or as rarely as I wish — dozens of times a day if I choose — without any loss of clarity or stability in either state. The transition is clean and absolute: one moment full ego, the next moment absolute stillness; one moment absolute stillness, the next moment full ego.
I am not looking for general spiritual seekers, meditators, or people who have occasional glimpses. I’m looking for others who can consciously and effortlessly enter and leave the non-dual state at will, with the same immediacy and control.
