I finally finished this 150+ page book during the quarantine for COVID-19. A lot of time at home, and over a 100 hours of writing. I mistakenly thought I could fly through it because the topic was easy and fun to write about. I remember all of my odd experiences I had while meditating.

But it took a month to write and edit this one.

It also took me about two days to decide whether I wanted to add some watercolor images to the book interior. I finally decided to do it! So, there are some images from a local Thai watercolor artist, Benajvisa Ruangvaree inside the book. You can find the same illustrations at Dreamstime stock photo agency if you also would like to purchase the rights to them.
