In choosing to participate in Jhana8 or Perfect Focus State offerings, I accept full responsibility for myself during those offerings and waive all liability from Vern Lovic and Jhana8/Perfect Focus State and all officers, directors, employees, or agents for all personal result or outcomes. I understand Vern Lovic and Jhana8 and Perfect Focus State are not offering professional, medical, or psychological advice and this program is not a substitute for consultation with a healthcare professional. I accept all risks inherent in such a dharma offering and agree to hold, and indemnify, Vern Lovic, Jhana8, and Perfect Focus State, and its officers and directors, employees, or agents harmless.
Audio/Video Recording Release
In choosing to participate in Jhana8/Perfect Focus State offerings, I, hereby release my rights of privacy and agree that any audio or video recording can be used by Vern Lovic, Jhana8, or Perfect Focus State for teaching purposes.
