Common Questions
Do I need meditation experience
No. In some cases, starting from zero is easier than undoing years of sloppy habits.
Is this a retreat
Not in the usual sense. This is private skill training with clear objectives.
Will this help me make better decisions
That is one of the main reasons this training exists. A less noisy, less reactive mind tends to judge more clearly and respond with more precision.
Is Deep Jhana part of this
It can be. For the right person, this training can progress into the concentration mechanics that support Deep Jhana. But that is not required for the intensive to be valuable.
What if my schedule gets messy during the intensive
We adapt where possible, but this works best when the training block is protected.
Can we do this as a couple or small group
Yes, if you already know you can all attend the same dates and you agree to a serious training container. Pricing changes based on complexity. Hours will need to be added for individual instruction and interviews.
What if I have zero meditation background
That’s fine. In some ways it’s easier. We build on a clean slate.
Do you do ongoing online or in-person coaching after this
Yes, by request. Many people prefer a 30-day integration phase so the skill locks in under real life conditions. A four call follow up is included in the program.
