Deep Jhana has the power to annihilate your ego for a while. How long? Not sure. Mine lasted for months.

In this video I go over the process as it unfolds. I let you know where you can put a hold on things if you’re not in the position to go the whole way. The loss of the ego is a major change in your life that touches every aspect of it.

If you’re on a serious path leading toward Perfect Concentration and Deep Jhana, you can’t leave what happens open to chance. You need to make a decision based on the resources you have and the goals you hope to achieve with your practice.
